Macquarie will comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all the company's employees, by preventing exposure to hazards that may otherwise be experienced when working in a confined space and thereby prevent collapse, injury, illness or death arising from exposure to those hazards.
